I Martin Van Buren being duly sworn deposeth & saith that the wi reason why the Within account is not more certain & Definite is owing to the Situation of the Estate & extreme uncertainty of the demands against it, that this deponent is informed by his Co-administrator who is better acquainted with the Value & Situation of the premises described in the Schedule marked (A) hereunto annexed, that the Sale of the Said pemises will be necessary for the payments of the Debts, and be prductive of Substantial Justice to the Creditors Heirs & all concerned, all which this Deponent verily believes & further Saith not
