I intend to apply to his honor the Chancellor on the first day of the next term of the court of Chancery to be held at the capitol in the City of Albany on the third Monday of January next at 10 oClock in the forenoon for an Injuction to restrain you from the further exercise of Banking powers, which application will be founded on the facts. Set forth in an Information filed by me with James Van Ingen clerk of said Court, of which please to take notice.
