We William Dirkey & John J Pruyn of the Town of Kinderhook in Columbia County, Do, by these Presents, consent to take on my^our^selfves the Guardianship of the Person and Estate of Abraham Claw son of Abraham Claw late of Kinderhook aforsaid demand an infant of the age of between eight & nine years in case We shall be appointed thereto by MARTIN VAN BUREN, Esquire, Surrogate of the County of Columbia.
