IN SENATE.

On motion of Mr. ROBBINS, the bill for the relief of Ebenezer Oliver, was again taken up.

Mr. VAN BUREN moved that this bill be laid on the table, giving as the reason for his motion, the impossibility that it could be satisfactorily acted upon this Session; and, after a few remarks from Mr. BERRIEN, the motion was agreed to.
