Mr. VAN BUREN, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported . . . also, a Bill to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the United States, for the District of Georgia, to cancel a bond given for the exportation, beyond the limits of the United States, of sundry African negroes, a parcel of the cargo of the Spanish brig Antelope, or Ramirez; which were read, and ordered to a second reading.
