Stephen Allen to MVB, 21 February 1834

Sir,

I have the honor, herewith, to hand you a transcript from the proceedings of a meeting held in this City on the 19th. inst. 

It affords me sincere pleasure, to place before you this evidence of the high estimation in which your character is held, by your fellow Citizens of New York.
