MVB to A[zariah] C[utting] Flagg, 5 February 1828
Feby 5. 1828
My dear Sir
I send you the list desired by Mr <Cambreleng>. Our friends at Albany have done themselves the highest honor and carried dismay into the administration camp. What think you of the impertinence of Gales. The <illegible> legislature he says have been smuggled into their seats. What will they say to that report? What will the people at large say to it. The poor devil is desperate but that is no reason why we should omit to <correct> his insolence to a good amount. Remember me to all our friends & write me often. Best respects to Mrs. Flagg.
