My dear Sir,
I arrived here this evening from Oswego & will visit you on Saturday if you are at <illegible> & would prefer to at Rochester after remaining a short time with you, hoping to be favoured with your company there. If it so happens that you are not at Geneva I should make the last of my way back. Do me the favour therefore to write to me directed to this place under cover to <George> Power by tomorrows mail.
In the mean time believe me to be
