MVB to [Nicholas] Biddle, 15 December 1826

My dear Sir,

Can you oblige Genl VR. & myself by causing two dozzen of the old wine we had the pleasure of drinking at your house to be purchased & sent to us & be good enough to excuse me for troubling you in so small a matter. It will be necessary to have it drawn off or it will not be fit for use. If that can not be procured any other kind as good or better will be acceptable

In haste your friend

M.V.Buren
