Peter I. Hoes | The Papers of Martin Van Buren

Peter I. Hoes (1785-1846) was a merchant in Kinderhook, New York, who was the brother of Hannah Hoes, later Hannah Hoes Van Buren. Hoes was elected to the board of directors of the Kinderhook Bank in 1838, and as a supervisor for the town in 1843.
